From San Diego, California. Age 29. 3 years of ocean paddling experience with Kai Elua Outrigger Canoe Club. Keen to race open women’s or mixed crews, for any/all races. Can sit seats 1 through 5. Email: taylor.ramos25@gmail.com Paddling Resume: Three seasons of Southern California Outrigger Racing Association (2024, 2025, 2026); Catalina Channel Crossing (2024, 2025); Queen Lili’uokalani Canoe Race (2024); Canadian Outrigger Championship (2024); Takapuna Beach Cup (2025); Multiple OC1/V1 races (2024, 2025, 2026). Experienced in both Iron and 9-man change races. Overall, a very well-rounded athlete. Competed 17 years in soccer, 4-years as an NCAA collegiate athlete. Competed in multiple endurance events like triathlon including 70.3 Iron Man; marathon and ultra marathon running events; and backpacked 38.5 miles of the Trans Catalina trail with a 65lb pack. Also, current Director and Head Coach of the Youth Outrigger Paddling Program with Kai Elua Outrigger Canoe Club.
